私房菜:麻辣拌馄饨

秘酱汁:2勺花生酱+2勺芝麻酱(此处也可用花生酱代替)+2勺芝麻油+2勺花椒油+2勺辣椒油+1勺生抽+1勺香醋+1勺蚝油+1勺蒜末+1勺辣椒粉

1.150g虾仁剁泥,不用太细,保持虾的口感。50g玉米粒下沸水锅焯熟,加200g夹心猪肉糜、1颗鸡蛋、1勺盐、1勺料酒、1勺麻油(还可加1勺十三香),用筷子顺时针搅拌均匀成饺子馅。

2.包馄饨,图2包教包会。

3.鸡毛菜、黄豆芽和黑木耳用水焯熟,鱼豆腐对半切开,3根小香肠划花刀,焯熟,装碗里。

4.馄饨下沸水锅中煮4-5分钟,煮熟后捞出,也放碗里。

5.秘制酱汁淋上,拌匀开吃!
